Fusion Hair Extensions

Published by paulalife at 5:51 pm under general

Here is what I have been working on lately.  It is called hair fusion, and it takes a few hours, but it looks fantastic!!  Sorry there are no before pictures, but someone forgot to put the memory stick in the camera.  Anyway, my model’s natural hair is  black and is only about chin length.  We used two different shades and are both very pleased.  Since these pictures, I have relaxed her hair and only a few strands of the fusion came out.  She had a total of 320 when we started.  I will replace them at her next appointment. At the present time, it has been in for 5 weeks. It can be used to add length, hilites, or fullness.  No glue is used, it is attached with a keratin protein.  I love it!!!

It looks great! My how hairstyling has changed since the 60’s tease, hair pieces and curls! Of course, I used to iron my hair flat for high school (yes, in the 60’s). Every morning leaning over the ironing board. Or I used the “juice can” curlers! And have you seen those huge curlers are coming back. I guess it’s true, everything eventually recycles around.

    Great job, Paula.
